Last Posting Date via Royal Mail for 1st class will be Wednesday 19th December.

No collections will occur on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Tuesday 27th December,New Years Eve, New Years Day, Monday 2nd & 3rd January.


Standard UK Delivery

UK mainland standard delivery will be charged at £3.95 with delivery 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Orders over £50 will be delivered to UK mainland addresses for FREE and will be a standard delivery.  If express delivery is required a charge of £5.95 will be added.

Express Delivery

Our express delivery service will be charged at £5.95 and for orders placed before 1pm your parcel will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day and will arrive within two working days. Please note the following postcodes may be excluded from our normal next day delivery service:

Express delivery orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. This guide excludes UK bank holiday weekends and public holidays.

Collect in Store

We aim to have your order ready within 2 working days. We will send you an email to notify you when the product is ready for collection. There is no fee for Click & Collect orders.

Overseas Delivery

We now offer overseas delivery. This service is trackable up until it leaves the UK and then the package becomes the responsibility of your country's postal service. If you would like your package to be trackable to your door, please email us on or fill out a contact form with your address and we will get a quote from a courier.

We aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Postal delivery can take up to 10 working days.

Delivery times and charges vary by country.

When ordering goods from for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT on non EU deliveries can not be reclaimed.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Papyrus and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

UK Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received after 1pm on Friday until midnight on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or the next available working day during bank holiday weekends.

UK Delivery

Please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address to receive the delivery as our courier requires a signature to confirm delivery of item. If there is no one at home during working hours we can deliver to an alternative address, your place of work or to a neighbour. You will receive an automated email to notify you that your order has been dispatched.

Our courier will leave a card if there is no-one in to receive a delivery. You should follow the instructions left to arrange re-delivery/collection of your order. The courier may make further charges for re-delivery or require you to collect.

If your goods are returned to us due to no-one being available to receive the delivery we can arrange a re-delivery according to our standard delivery charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled we cannot refund any delivery charges.


Exceptions to the standard delivery terms apply to deliveries in the following areas:

You should allow a longer than average delivery time for these areas although we will endeavour to dispatch your parcel ASAP to avoid any further delay.

Express delivery will not be available to the postcodes as detailed above.



In addition to your statutory rights we offer a 28 day refund or exchange on returned items according to the conditions as set out below.

Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty on delivery.

Faulty Goods

If any item in your order arrives faulty we will be happy to fully refund the cost, and all delivery charges, including those incurred by you in returning the items to us, for all faulty items returned within 6 months. Please follow the returns process below.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return non-faulty goods after receiving your order we will be happy to refund or replace items returned to us in a resalable condition, within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Please follow the returns process below.

For your own security we recommend that you use a method of delivery that requires a signature when returning items to us for (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

3. A refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
