Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

 

Standard UK Delivery 

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received after 1pm on Friday until midnight on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or the next available working day during bank holiday weekends.

UK mainland standard delivery will be charged at £3.95 for orders between £0.01 and £59.99 with delivery 2-5 working days after dispatch. We use Royal Mail 48 for standard deliveries.

Orders over £60 will be delivered to UK mainland addresses for FREE and will be a standard delivery.

Express Delivery

UK Mainland express delivery will be charged at £5.95 up to 2Kg, £6.95 up to 10Kg and £11.95 up to 20Kg. Delivery will be 1-2 workings days. As like standard delivery, orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be sent the next working day (not bank holidays or public holidays).

Special Guarenteed Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day and will arrive the next day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday. We charge £8.50 for orders up to 1Kg and £14.95 for orders over 1Kg and up to 10Kg.

Collect in Store

We aim to have your order ready within 2 working days. We will send you an email to notify you when the product is ready for collection. There is no fee for Click & Collect orders.

International Orders

Orders placed for international delivery will be tracked and sent with Royal Mail. Charges will be based on weight and may include additional border fees. We are increasing the number of countries we ship to so if you are unable to ship to a certain country please let us know and we can add it as soon as possible. 

UK Delivery

You will receive an automated email to notify you that your order has been dispatched, we will also send you your tracking number once we have manifested your order.

Royal Mail courier will leave a card if there is no-one in to receive a delivery. You should follow the instructions left to arrange re-delivery/collection of your order. The courier may make further charges for re-delivery or require you to collect.

If your goods are returned to us due to no-one being available to receive the delivery we can arrange a re-delivery according to our standard delivery charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled we cannot refund any delivery charges.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the standard delivery terms apply to deliveries in the following areas:

You should allow a longer than average delivery time for these areas although we will endeavour to dispatch your parcel ASAP to avoid any further delay.

RETURNS POLICY

In addition to your statutory rights we offer a 28 day refund or exchange on returned items according to the conditions as set out below.

Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty on delivery.

Faulty Goods

If any item in your order arrives faulty we will be happy to fully refund the cost, and all delivery charges, including those incurred by you in returning the items to us, for all faulty items returned within 6 months. Please follow the returns process below.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return non-faulty goods after receiving your order we will be happy to refund or replace items returned to us in a resalable condition, within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Please follow the returns process below.

For your own security we recommend that you use a method of delivery that requires a signature when returning items to us for (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

3. A refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
