RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights we offer a 30 day refund or exchange on returned items according to the conditions as set out below.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty on delivery.
Faulty Goods
If any item in your order arrives faulty we will be happy to fully refund the cost, and all delivery charges, including those incurred by you in returning the items to us, for all faulty items returned within 6 months. Please follow the returns process below.
Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return non-faulty goods after receiving your order we will be happy to refund or replace items returned to us in a resalable condition, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Please follow the returns process below.

1. Please contact us by email at office@papyrusgifts.co.uk or by calling our phone number 0141 334 6514 to inform us of the return.
2. Please send items to be returned to the following address:

For your own security we recommend that you use a method of delivery that requires a signature when returning items to us for (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
3. A refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
