UK Shipping Policy

 Shipment processing time

 All orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, excluding bank holidays. 

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during busy periods such as Christmas. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will usually be in touch by email or telephone if this happens. 

International Shipping Policy

 We use a Royal Mail tracked service for international delivery.  Our shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout page and will be based on weight.  If you require a customised quote for delivery please email office@papyrusgifts.co.uk and we will respond within 2 business days.

 

 Returns Policy
