This coffee maker has it all under control. The main star is its vacuum/siphon brewing method, the one extracting all of your coffee's precious oils. Needless to say that the brewing process is sealed, preventing any aroma from escaping.

Depending on the amount of water you use, the PEBO can brew delicious coffee within 5 to 11 minutes — serving anywhere from 4 to 8 cups.

Brewing with the PEBO looks dramatic, but it’s really very simple.

1. Pour water into the lower glass jug.
2. Place on top of the burner.
3. Insert the filter into the funnel and secure it with the chain.
4. Place ground coffee into the funnel – we recommend one scoop for each cup; any grind will do.
5. Place the funnel over the lower jug and bring to boil.
6. Water rises as it boils, passing through the funnel and mixing with the coffee grounds.
7. Remove the coffee from the heat and watch as the coffee passes back into the lower jug.
8. Serve and savor.
