Single-provenance extra virgin olive oil from Córdoba, Andalusia, made exclusively from Picuda olives using mechanical extraction.

Laboratory-tested at harvest, the 2025–26 harvest contains 478 mg/kg of olive polyphenols. Delicate floral aromas, fresh green notes and a gently peppery finish make it ideal for drizzling and cooking.
