This exceptional oil is produced at a family-run mill, where whole fresh organic lemons are stone-ground together with olives at harvest time. The result is a vibrant, grass-green elixir, delicately perfumed with citrus, that lifts the rich depth of 70% Virunga dark chocolate to new heights.

The cocoa beans are organically grown by a regenerative cooperative within the forests of Virunga National Park in eastern Congo, bringing both remarkable flavour and a meaningful story to every bar.
